Liquid Orbit- More Spontaneous Floating Rock Creations (Clostridium Records CR107)

Liquid Orbit are a Bremen based jam rock band and this a follow up to their last record, which like the previous was taken from their weekly jam sessions (2017-2021) and put into a really cool record. Even the vocals are improvised on the spot! No additional overdubs!!   The CD features mostly medium length tracks with Side A feature 4 and Side B features just one long track. The opening is some of the most heavy rock stuff the band has played with some intense drumming and guitar riffing.  Non Gravity Hop has a great groove and nice solo guitar. Partir Dans L espace, I was really gettting into it and then it ended. Very cool…Last track on Side A slows thing down a lot with a nice vibe and laid back vocals by Sylvia. Side B features  a long track called While Sylvia is Repairing the launch vehicle adapter, starts slowly with a repeated keyboard line and then the drums and bass kick in and off we go, with a more jazzy feel.  It has a great build and is a fantastic track.. Such a cool band. Glad I will see them soon on Friday July 4th in Bremen with my own band, ØSC…
